The purpose of the Working Aptitude Evaluation (WAE) is to help breeders determine if their
Doberman has the aptitude to do work for which the breed was intended.  The Doberman
breed was created for the specific purpose of being a companion and protector.  I was
proud, but not surprised, that Snips and Jingo passed on their first try.  They are definitely
protectors of our family.  Here are some photos of the Quaker City DPCA WAE:

On 21 October 2005, Jingo earned passed the ZTP with a rating of SG (very good) in conformation and a character rating
of 1A under judge Norbert Daube, DV-Germany.

Character of 1A is defined as Dogs which are overall correct. A "1A" can only be awarded to a dog which gives a
completely sure and correct impression in the static as well as the fighting periods of the test.

ZTP certifies the quality of the breeding. The ZTP, which includes both a structural-morphologic section and a temperament
test, holds what is necessary for selecting a functional Dobermann, useful for protection, family companion and working
ability.
